The KC51 windows suite is a comprehensive collection of aluminium window systems compatible with new-build and renovation projects. KC51 windows are available with either 51mm or 75mm sub frame.
Aluminium windows manufactured using the KC51 system provide outstanding levels of weather protection. A range of opening configurations can be incorporated into the window’s design including wide opening systems for easy cleaning access. An integral drainage system is used to remove any water build up onto either a cill section or advanced face drain cap. Trickle vents can be incorporated into the system’s design in line with current building regulations and the window can be glazed from either the interior or exterior.

KC51 window system offers high thermal efficiency giving a Uw value of 1,5 W/m2K. Furthermore, the window has been tested in accordance with BS6375-1 2009 for Air, Water and Wind resistance making it an ideal choice for exposed or remote sites.

This system was designed taking into account security as the main factor. The 51 mm casement window system can be constructed as internally or externally beaded with a rebate adaptor profile compatible with both opening and fixed lights.
Design
KC51 casement window is a versatile system which offers a wide range of design options thanks to its flush, chamfered or sculptured internally beaded sash sections coupled with its complete range of 75 mm subframe which offers endless design possibilities and makes this system appropriate for residential and commercial applications.
Features
This system has a glazing range from 4 to 32,8 mm offering a wide choice of glazing options. In addition, the HOi version introduces foam strips to further improve thermal efficiency for higher specification projects.
